I am after some air forks to replace the current budget spring forks fitted to my 650b. Ideadly some cheaper fox or rock shox forks would be prefered, shorter travel around the 130mm area ideally but up to 150mm would work also. Lock out would be preferable and i am after something air sprung to adjust to my weight. Current spring forks I can't tailor to my size, hence wanting to replace them. I need a tapered steer, QR would be ideal but will consider others even if I need to replace my front wheel. Condition isn't much of a concern. As long as they're functioning fully. Following the theft of my father Boardman Team Pro I am looking to replace it for him with something a little cheaper. I am after a general all rounder. It will be used for a little bit of everything really but nothing too demanding or strenious. A full sus would be most desierable and preferred over a hard tail, however that doesn’t totally exclude hard tails. Age is of no real concern, however anything too old won’t be of much interest. Anything from the last 10/15 years will be fine. Kit wise the higher the better obviously but quality and longlivety of the parts is most important. So the better spec the more ideal. Anything that requires a bit of work is fine, servicing, some part replacement is fine. I’d even consider something cracked! Price wise £300 is my top line. Something around £150/£200 would be most preferred. Location wise ideally I’d like something in the south east so I can collect with cash. Pretty much anything considered so please get in touch. Hello. I am after a cheap enduro or light downhill bike to take part in a few uplift days and some local riding. I am based in Kent and ideally would like to collect with cash, so anything in the south east would be ideal. Spec wise I’m not too fussed. Age also isn’t of any real concern. I am 6ft so am after a medium to large frame size. My absolute top end is £500, ideally less. For sale here is my trusty old Orange 5. This has served me very well and i will be very sad to see it go, how ever i am hoping to take advantage of a cycle to work scheme and have a go at this 27.5 malarky which seems to be taking over. Anyway this bike has served me very well, reluctant sale and all seems to work very well, if i had to poke a hole in anything the rear shifter could do with a new cable, if i get chance to do this I will, everything else works exceptionally well. Spec Orange 5 17" unsure on year but 2007/8 is a guess Rock Shox Revelation forks with remote lock out. Fox RP23, propedal settings, all settings work as they should Hope headset Eastons EA50 stem Orange Supercross bars Classic Hope Mini brakes Ringle Hubs Mavic X717 rims SLX Rear Mech Deore shifter, Unknown front mech RaceFace Prodigy Cranks and BB Panaracer FireXCPro 2.1 tyres DMR lock on grips. The bike has been used for recreational riding only, nothing demanding at all. Everything has been cared for, it hasn't been thrown about and abused. There are some nicks and rubs in the frame from cables and hoses but these are just from general use. The price for the bike is £500, i have priced it at this because the spec is much better than a lot of new stuff out there, despite being a little older and is far more affordable. I think I have priced the bike well but i will consider reasonable offers, nothing too silly please. Shipping is possible, please enquire for costs. Collection from ME8 Kent.
