Rogue Panda's New Huachuca Hip Pack Features Angle-Adjustable TPU Belt Wings
Yep! Reports were positive with the S2 hip belt size for the dad bods who tested the pack. With the wings either set to neutral or curvy position.

@lkubica: No offense, just saying not to knock it until you've tried it. So far, everyone who has tried our packs has said they feel great when carrying 1.5 liters of water. We've even converted some skeptics who usually don't carry water in a hip pack because they don't like how it feels with other packs.

@BenLow2019: Much better than two years ago, at least! NOAA has most of the precip falling as rain at the moment.

We're definitely open to bottle mounts in the future. But we already blew the R&D budget out of the water this year, and all our testing was done with bladders.
Maybe next year, but if we do it we want to make sure we get it done right.

Try ours and you might just change your mind! It carries 1.5 liters of water just fine.

Also, another option is to use a 1.5 liter bladder in the sleeve and a smaller one (like a 1-liter Platypus) in the main compartment for refilling the bladder or refilling bottles. This will be less stable while that 1-liter is full because it won't be held in place by the sleeve - but once you drink a bottle and refill it that goes away. Works great for Flagstaff summer riding where you start with a long climb and stability isn't important until well after you've gone through a bottle.

Rogue Panda's New Huachuca Hip Pack Features Angle-Adjustable TPU Belt Wings
We will be at the Sedona MTB Festival, so if you're there and interested swing on by! We'll have sample packs filled with bladders to try on, and a variety for sale.
We'll be the second or third booth on your left after the entrance, I believe. Unless you're partaking in the Running of the Bros, in which case we'll be on the right on your way out after you got your demo bike.
