@Explodo: 100%. I want to go fast like we all do on the downs, but that shouldn’t supersede your desire to be a good community member. If you are on trails that could meet hikers and horses, and flying around blind corners and not slowing when you see them, you suck. He obviously didn’t care by crazily laughing like a jackass in the end (yes, he sounded like a donkey).

This User-Refillable Oil-Filled Fork Seal Could Improve the Sensitivity of Any Fork
Turning the bike upside down is about re soaking the foam rings, which sits against the lower seal, and does make a big difference. If not done, the foam rings a quite dry by the next service.
