Great fork, has seen better days. Lowers are a little scratched and the stanchions have some nicks as well. You can get the stanchions repaired professionally and back to good as new for pretty cheap, or DIY to an almost professional level for ~$20 and a couple hours. Would be a great addition to a cheaper bike or a fixer upper.
