Trek Fuel EX 9

Trek Fuel EX 9. Amazing bike. Older but still in great condition. Reason for selling is just I don't ride it anymore, always kept indoors, never ridden hard. Parts list: Frame: Trek Fuel EX 9. Aluminum front carbon rear, super light (lighter then some new hardtails) Size Large. Suspension: Rockshox front and back. Rockshox reba fork 100mm travel, Rockshox rear shock. Bike has lockout lever on handlebars, locks out front and back suspension. Brakes; Hayes brakes, they were recently bled so they work great. Drivetrain: The Derailleur is sram x9. Shifts very well. 3x9 drivtrain. Wheels: Bontrager 26in wheels, quick release axle. 2.3 and 2.5 in tires. Carbon handlebars and seat post. Pick it up and take it to the trails. $1200 or best offer, please no low ballers. Not in a hurry to sell.

@AgrAde: Something like that. It seems to me like he didn't really look into suspension kinematics. But i gotta admit the frame does look really good. I think paired with a good suspension platform it would be a very sick and cool bike.

@AgrAde: ah ok. I just saw your other post about putting the design into linkage. I did the same as well after I realized the bad AS. the leverage ratio is pretty crazy and the bike is super progressive, around 280% for 70kg rider and 30% sag. At least the AR isn't bad, depending on what you prefer.

@AgrAde: I don't think the high pivot has too much too do with it. but the instant center is very high and in a weird place.
