Bruni was suggesting that he thought something wasn't quite right with Jackson's run, or at least the timing of it. I guess with the GoPro footage released they'll easily be able to overlay their own runs and see what the difference was. From the outside it looked like Jackson attacked the upper section more than most, so his section 2 time was stong in comparison.

Qualifying Start List for the 2025 Loudenvielle DH World Cup
Was thinking that it is great to see Erice back, but oh man, there are a ton of good riders in the elite female field these days. The sport has really come on in recent years. Makes for an exciting watch.

This coverage is great. Until now I have been looking at the results and thinking to myself, "that rider isn't doing well". Realizing that there is a person behind that race number, and that getting top 10s etc in a huge field of talented riders is actually really good, helps my enjoyment of what I am watching.
