And why would you talk about something outside of the product's intended demographic? Of course it's not a great product for you specifically but that's because it wasn't designed to accommodate your needs but instead like hexhamstu said someone not capable of using two brakes.

How amazing is to have someone to respond with all that information .... I just like wider tires (they look and feel more stable, I will definitely try the ones you have to see how they look and once again thank you for all your help

Judging by the looks of it he's most likely preparing to snap a picture further down the line from where the rider currently is. keeping his eyes on the rider to ensure the right timing of his photo, fixing the camera on where he wants to take a picture when the rider passes. That or he's got some serious arms-eyes coordination issues. :P
