Race Face Next R Cranks - Review
I had 2 failures of the RF Next SL cranks, one the non drive side arm split down the middle, and on the other the thread insert fell out. I purchased them new at retail from my LBS and both failures occurred in less than 6 months on a single speed that I use for endurance races. Nothing worse than worrying about a crank arm failure on a 100 mile out and back race. I went back to the XTR's and haven't had to think about my crank arms again. No thank you Race Face...

Kona Raijin Single Speed

$3000 USD
**Taking it off the market for now, I feel like I will regret selling it** Listing a bike I built in August of 2017. All parts were purchased new by me at the time of the build (except the crank set which I had on a different bike for about 500 miles). The bike is in excellent condition and needs nothing. According to Strava the bike has 680 miles on it, I only had the bike built long enough to do 2 races on Shenandoah 100 and a local 12 hour, both of which the bike was killer! When I built it with the 2.25" Mezcal's it weighed under 22.6 pounds, currently it has 2.35" Ardent Race front and 2.35" Ikon rear and I have not bothered to weigh it but I bet it is either 23 pounds or just under. The bike rides amazing, cant beat a Ti frame's ride! I am selling so I can build a 29+ single speed to try out for the 2018 race season. I have been toying with the idea of a 29+ for a while and have to find out how they work for endurance racing. Here is the build list on the Raijin (again all parts -les the cranks- were new in August of 2017 when I built it): -Kona Raijin large frame (44mm HT, not the tapered) -Fox Float Factory series 32 Step Cast Kashima coating FIT4 damper and remote 3 position lock out (I will include the paperwork and volume spacers, I ran it as it came from Fox) -Project 321 G2 hubs with the quiet pawls and 216 POE laced to Velocity Blount SS rims with butted spokes and silver brass nipples 3 cross (built by my local shop who do an excellent job Bath Cycle and Ski) -XTR M9020 175mm cranks *only part not new in August 2017* -XTR M987 brakes -Thomson stem (60mm I think) -Cane Creek 110 headset -Race Face Next SL carbon post -Ergon SM-E small saddle -Niner RDO Carbon bar -Wolf Tooth 32t chain ring and 19t cog both of which have around 100 miles on them as I changed my gearing recently (but I have other options if you prefer all Wolf Tooth) -KMC X11EL 11 speed chain also about 100 miles on it -XT bottom bracket -ESI Extra Chunky grips -Maxle Ultimate in the rear, Kabolt in the fork -Topeak Ninja chain tool as opposed to bar end plugs which I also taped a few links of the chain to the tool to have just incase -Carver 160mm rotors -XTR pedals Again the build is only 5 months old as of this listing, I have a little over $4500 in the build. $3000 is a steal! I will have it professionally packed and ship fully insured for an extra $100 *The pictured of the bike taken outside with the Mezcal tires are just after it was built 0 miles. All the other pictures were taken at the time of the listing.*

@ratedgg13: After you take a sip blow the water back in the reservoir, not going to be 100% in the coldest conditions but works well down to the mid teens especially with an insulated tube.
