Pinkbike's DH Fantasy League - 2024 Terms & Conditions
Does anyone have any idea why points for a particular race would be excluded from the total? My third round race points are showing a small red "E" and when I hover over it, it says exactly that. No explanation of why or what I did wrong. With those points, I'd be in the top 10. WTH? To make things worse, after this race I was informed that I'd be losing one of my top riders because they did "too well". I'm not sure I understand the logic in that, but apparently other people have the same question. Again . . . WTH?

Commencal Meta Power SX Signature

$2000 USD
It's time for an upgrade and that means that the Commencal needs to go. I hate doing this because it was my dream bike at the time. I'm asking $2000 firm. The bike has been ridden, but primarily fire roads and simple local trails. This bike is chrome and it's unlike anything else on the hill, so if you're looking to get on something that will handle those grinder uphills and crush the downhills, this is the bike for you. Here's a list of stock and aftermarket parts that are included (two ** means it's aftermarket or new since I bought it) . . . * Motor: Shimano STEPS EP800, 250W, 85Nm **UPDATE** Brand new motor installed on 3/5/25!! * Battery: Shimano STEPS E8036, integrated, removable * Battery: Capacity 630 Wh * Display/Remote: Shimano STEPS EM800, color LCD; Modes = Boost, Trail, Eco, Walk Assist * Rear Shock: FOX FLOAT X2 Factory, 230mm x 65mm - 165mm travel - Replaced with new 2024 model on 10/24/23 * Fork: FOX FLOAT 38 Factory E-MTB, GRIP2 damper - 170mm travel * Headset: ACROS, sealed bearings, alloy cups, ZS56/ZS66 * OneUp Carbon e-Bar, 35mm, 780 width (new as of 4/10/24) ** Grips: OneUp Thick Grips, Black (new as of 4/10/24) ** Fenders: SKS Mudrocker front and rear fenders * Stem: OneUp Single Crown Stem, 42mm (new as of 4/10/24) * Brakes: Shimano Deore XT M8120, 4-piston, Shimano Deore XT 203mm rotors - New rear caliper installed on 12/16/23 * Brake Levers: Shimano Deore XT M8120 * Shifters: Shimano Deore XT M8100, 12-speed * Rear Derailleur: Shimano Deore XT M8100, 12-speed * Chainguide: RIDE ALPHA EP8 upper slider * Cranks: e*thirteen e*Spec Plus EP8, 160mm length * Chainrings: e*thirteen e*Spec Plus EP8, 34 tooth, narrow/wide, direct mount ** Pedals: Nukeproof Horizon Sam Hill Signature * Chain: Shimano Deore XT M8100, 12-speed - New on 2/8/25 ** Cassette: Shimano SLX M7100, 12-speed, 10-51 tooth - New on 2/8/25 ** Rims: DT Swiss H1700 Spline, 32 hole, 30mm inner width - Rear wheel is new since 11/2/23 ** Hubs: DT Swiss 350, sealed bearings, 15x110mm Boost front, 12x148mm Boost e-bike specific rear with MICRO SPLINE driver - Rear is new since 11/2/23 ** Spokes: DT Swiss Hybrid, straight pull, 2.34/1.8/2.0mm triple-butted, stainless steel, with Nylok - Rear are all new since 11/2/23 ** Tires: Front: Maxxis Assegai, 3C MaxxTerra, EXO+, 27.5" x 2.5” WT ** Rear: Maxxis Dissector, 3C MaxxGrip, Double Down (DD), 27.5" x 2.4” WT - New since 11/2/23 * Saddle: Fabric Scoop Flat Elite, CrMo rails * Seatpost: FOX Transfer Factory dropper, Kashima coating, I-SPEC EV remote lever bracket Drop: 125mm (SM), 150mm (MD), 175mm (LG/XL) ** Droppper remote: Wolf Tooth ReMote Pro dropper lever * Bottle Cage Mounts: One inside front triangle * Weight: 51 lb 12.9 oz That about does it! Like I said, this bike is a destroyer of everything uphill and down. If you're looking to step up to the elite level of e-bikes and get away from all the more traditional brands that were oversold during the pandemic, this is the bike for you. For any buyers in the Bay Area, I'll include delivery to your residence at no cost. I just want someone to enjoy this bike a much as I did.

Video: Pembree & Rob Warner Announce Ride Concepts Interlock System
So am I the only one with shredded shins that went to the Pembree website immediately? The aerodynamics piece made me LOL, but honestly, not having to worry if that last pedal slip would require stitches or not would be a game changer.

Specialized Turbo Levo Comp - Spruce/Black

$6500 USD
2021 Specialized Turbo Levo Comp for Sale! It's time for an upgrade and in order to do that, I need to sell this amazing bike. I've owned it one year and have had some incredible rides in areas that I could've never gotten to on my analog bike. The shop I bought it from included two full-service maintenance appointments, which I took full advantage of. The bike's only been ridden on local intermediate XC trails and has never been crashed. This bike is perfect for anyone who's just getting in to e-biking and is tired of having a heart attack at the top of those grinder uphill's. The power can be adjusted with the Specialized Mission Control app, which can also track your rides. The power comes at you with three modes (eco, trail and turbo) and those can also be adjusted in the app for optimal performance. Last but not least is the 700Wh battery!! If you play your cards right, you can ride 30 miles on a single charge and still have half a water bottle left. The bike is in excellent shape and everything on it works perfectly . . . even the dropper post! I'm asking $6,500 for this bike and I think that's more than fair considering I spent $8,100 last year to get it in to my garage. I'm willing to deliver the bike if you live in the Bay Area. Here are all the details about this bike including some custom parts and maintenance I just had done on 3/8/22. - Specialized M2-700 integrated battery w/ 700Wh of power (charger included) - Shimano drivetrain (all new including cassette, chain and front chain ring) - Shimano brakes - Front tire (Specialized Butcher) - Rear tire (New Specialized Hillbilly) - Fox Float DPS rear shock - Fox Float 36 Rhythm front fork - MBR front fender - New Oury grips - DyedBros frame protection - CushCore tire inserts (tubeless ready) * Pedals not included *

Now Finished: Ask Us Anything with Pinkbike's Tech & News Editors
What's the real life difference between mid level suspension and full factory level suspension? I recently bought a Turbo Levo Comp and am wondering if I should sell it and get something with a better suspension package or just roll with it. I'm an intermediate 50 year old rider, so keep that in mind too. Thanks guys/gals!
