FYI - When a company goes Bankrupt, they no longer own the company, the inventory or anything. The Appointed trustee immediately oversees all functions of the company. So you can be pissed at YT for going bankrupt, but once that happens, those who owned/managed the company have no control over giving refunds, shipping out bikes that were ordered. In fact, even before the actual bankruptcy, the courts can seize all functions of the current owners. it sucks but that is the process. Not giving them an out but I would venture to guess that the guys at YT, would have loved to ship out the bikes that were ordered.
