I have had to book the bike that you sold me in for a full service and restore because the brake pads for the rear brakes were missing, the dropper post cable was broken, the rear tyre had a side wall split and the hydraulic brakes aren’t working because they need bleeding. As a result, the bike was not in working condition and i still haven’t been able to ride it. You described the bike as being in good condition which is a misdescription. I anticipate that the total cost to me to get the bike into working condition will be over £150. I think the fair solution is for you to refund me these costs and I am happy to send you all the receipts to evidence the work that had to be done to bring the bike into the condition that you described it on sale.
