High Bars vs Low Bars: Which Setup Wins World Cup DH Races?
Never knew the Manitou was that much shorter, explains part of the reason for the set up.
Also, Hattie with -15mm stem, what is the reach?? If there is one frame size (like a moto) then that could explain a little more, but being behind the front seems like it would be off, but to each is own.
Didn't Dak say he did it because he was hitting his chin bar on his helmet and he actually lowered the stem height to compensate for the extra high rise???

Leogang DH World Cup Preview: Who’s Racing, How to Watch & What to Expect
To me this only really changes for the people who are at the actual race. I am glad the women get to finish in packed finish line. The usual way is start hiking down when the women start and get to the finish by the time the top 5-10 men are coming down. The women usually have great crowds from top to bottom (depending on the venue) but finish in an only partially full finish arena. They get that experience this weekend.
For most who watch from home, you are watching the replay any way, watch it in whatever order you want! Just be happy you can even if you have to pay or pirate it.
