In the UK we have a lot of American derived "Motivational" business mantras such as "One team" and "There isn't an I in team" that the brainwashed sheep sing along to. In reality if the "Team" can replace you with something better or cheaper it will. You are literally a replaceable number who the "Team" don't give a toss about. I once heard someone refer to your time in work as "Time Tokens". You exchange your time (life) for their money and it is nothing more.

@whereismal: Me too, especially when you look at what you're getting for your money compared to something like football. It's gone from being the cheapest sport to watch to the most expensive. The road cycling is soul destroying and has nothing to do with our sport.
