@i-v-o: I just Finished my last PT session i've got all my movement back 50% strength. Its an ugly bump i'm not sure yet if i want to get surgery on it due to a possibility of losing range on motion plus with work i cant be out for 6 months....

Month ago i fell of my bike after a little drop landing shoulder first into a stump. Grade 3 AC aswell man it sucks
