The original idea behind the double-diamond-frame and equal wheel size rules from UCI was that cycling should be a competition between sportsmen/women on equal terms, not between technologies. Why this is so heavily enforced in road cycling, but not in MTB is beyond me. Bringing back the equal wheel size requirement will make it more about the rider, and less about technological advantages. Dual 29» and Dual 32» for rollover, dual 27.5 for agility
