@jase111171: well, if 30+ riders move aside and go single file, I think you'll find the motorists have way more trouble passing them, unless the cars are trying to pass while staying in their lane. Which on rural UK roads is pretty unlikely and/or dangerous. A group of 2-4 it's probably courtesy to single file though, and I find they generally do.
I've never seen a 30 rider pack in the UK, except during events, and I'm regularly down in Surrey, the lycra capital of the south.

@ratedgg13: Yeah I know who Rapinoe is and I don't know who Peyton Manning is. Rapinoe is totally a household name here in Europe, as is Alex Morgan. I can name 3 US women's team players and only one men's team player. Totally different for England men's and women's teams though...
