Episode 8 kicks off with Gee heading for the British Champs up in Scotland without his injured siblings, Rach and Dan. Gee finds that he misses the inspiration and support of his brother and sister during competition but at the same time realizes that to stay at the top, sometimes, he'll have to manage on his own. Then it's on to WC Round 4 in Champery, Switzerland.
well yeah gee is a great rider ! but i met gee at the national champs at ae forest and he really seemed ignorant like he was stuck up himself ! so that knocked him down a few pegs in my book !
I bet if you knew him it would be different, you gotta remember that these guys meet thousands of people every week they must get annoyed some days, I know I sure would.
I met Gee at worlds in canberra, and while he seems ok, Dan is leagues ahead of him in being nice to Fans.
Whilst i had to wait for hours to meet Gee, i just sidled up to dan after the 4 cross, and he asked me to go riding with him!
nice guy aye.
@ kurtsucks, stuck up yourself means self-righteous, i understand that the guy must meet lots of fans and prob gets annoyed with some of them at times, but it doesnt cost anything to be pleasant, gee seemed to walk past people like they werent there ! even steve peat made an effort to mix and talk to fans !
Never meet your hero's mate.
"how the fu*k did you know that?"
