The Pinkbike Podcast - The Field Test Roundtable
Such a great podcast! I guess all of this must have been scripted beforehand given how witty it all was, but it was pretty great how much it sounded like it was just flowing along. Also just really interesting, thoughtful comments that really helped explain the bikes. Such a great crew and dynamic that it gives me an idea: you guys should do a PODCAST!

Titanium Jones Plus LWB Large Frameset with 3 wheels

$4500 USD
Used, but excellent condition Titanium Jones Plus LWB frame and Titanium Truss fork in large (25") size, which comes with three (3) wheels: a rear hole148x12mm DT Swiss 350 centerlock hub laced with DT Swiss Supercomp spokes to Jones Off-center C-Rim using DT Swiss alloy nipples; a front DT Swiss 350 Big Ride 150 x 15mm centerlock front hub laced with DT Swiss Supercomp spokes to Jones C-Rim using DT Swiss alloy nipples; and finally a generator wheel built with a Schmidt SON 28 150 150x15mm 6-bolt dynamo hub laced with DT Swiss Supercomp Spokes to a Jones C-Rim using DT Swiss alloy nipples. All wheels are set up tubeless. All wheels are 32 hole. The rear has been used the most, but is straight and true, and is in overall great condition with the exception of a couple of scratches and scrapes from rocks that flipped into the rim. The front wheel that's laced to the DT Swiss 350 is in fantastic condition, but the rim has very small imperfections in the clear coat. I've tried to show the imperfections in the photos. The dynamo front wheel is basically just in great condition. It's had the least use, and looks and works great. The front wheel has a Schwalbe G-One Speed tire on it, but I can swap that for a Maxxis Chronicle, which is a better all-around tire for this bike. The frame is in perfect condition. It will come with a brand new bolt kit and the original, never used, Jones thru-axle, in addition to the rockshox maxle that's installed in the rear now. It will also come with a spare derailleur hanger. It comes with the standard Jones bikes headset. It comes with a (used looking) Jones chainstay protector. Finally it comes with a Paul Component quick release seatpost clamp (the best there is). This is the original style of frame with the Bushnell EBB, which is super solid and always quiet. This frame is also an early production model that has rack mounts cleanly mounted in the seatstays. They work great and I have a rear rack that I made for the frame that I can include if needed. I have used this as a bikepacking bike, and it's been fantastic, but I'm just riding it anymore. It's very light, and arguably the best all around everything bike for someone who's looking to be able to carry things, but also just go anywhere on an efficient bike. The last photos are of the rack I made for it. It's made out of 4130 cromoly and I fillet brazed it. It's strong and pretty light too. Included if you want it. The large (25") frame size will work for riders 6' to 6'8", depending on proportions. I'm 6'2" and it fits me perfectly. Price is for cash, which is what I would prefer (I would prefer a local sale). I will take paypal for non-local sales, but buyer will have to pay associated fees as well as shipping. Thanks and feel free to ask any questions.

Burning Question: Why Are So Many Bike Manufacturers Putting Cables Through the Headset?
I find the comments about people being lazy pretty funny. I'm definitely lazy. If I don't have to waste time doing dumb, pointless stuff, then I'd prefer not to. Internal cable routing is just stupid. Well-routed external cables work and look great (maybe I think they look great because I like how they work), and I love being able to just pull everything off one frame to put it on another one without having to adjust or bleed anything. So there.
