2020 Transition Patrol Carbon XL NX build kit bought this bike brand new from transition in the fall of 2020 with intentions of getting back into a sport I loved in middle and highschool. took it and rode Galbraith mountain in Bellingham roughly a dozen times. before winter came and I put it away. I commercial fish and crab 7-9 months out of the year so im very rarely home, and it spend most of its time in my garage. April 2022 I was riding my motorcycle in downtown Seattle and was hit by a car, and air lifted to Harborview. I spent 2 months in the hospital, and then 5 months in a hospital bed at home recovering. I had no weight bearing restrictions, so I couldn't walk or even stand up. After that was over I have been doing intensive physical therapy, and regained my ability to walk. but I will never again be able to mountain bike, and I cannot return to my career as a fisherman. I am now in school full time in order to pursue a new path in life, and it is time to post this bike for sale and move forward. https://www.transitionbikes.com/Support_Archive_VersionDetail.cfm?ID=3 I went to the Transition Outpost in Bellingham Washington and had their technicians look it over and determine its condition. I received a copy of a clean bill of health, stating that it is perfectly functional and in excellent like new condition. if you look closely at the pictures, it still has the knobs on the original tires. this bike has less than 20 rides on it. it is pristine. a bottle cage, some color matching grips and mud guard are all that have been added. it is completely stock. I want this bike to go to a good home and be enjoyed by someone for years to come. maybe somehow I can live vicariously through who ever buys it. please call or message me if you have any questions.
