Here’s a dose of slick, slimy, sideways action to end the week. Frankly, just a day of chaos just after most of the leaves had fallen with a small midlands crew. Understeer, oversteer and counter steer. Hope you enjoy watching as much as we did in the trenches. Shot prior to uk lockdown adhering to social distancing (except when one sibling crashed into a fellow sibling).

"My home has always been in Ontario. I wanted to tell the story of where I live and where I come from. My cousins let me use their farm land to build the course, and the best part is it's only 4kms from my house. I know that Ontario is not ideal for mountain biking, but with a little work I feel it can be, and that's what I wanted to show. For me, This is Home." - Brett Rheeder.

Sound on! “I’m a big fan of motocross there’s no doubt about it. I think when I was a child I always imagined I was on a dirt bike when I was riding my bike. This edit makes me laugh and reminds me of my childhood. We had lots of fun filming and creating it." - Vincent Pernin

The State Of Flow is a Project done by Video Band and Pierre-Luc Arseneau to showcase the riding potential on the East Coast of Canada. This project couldn't have been possible without the help of @konaworld, VELO Ski Bike Trail, VideoBand, Paul Dupuis on the animations, Jean-Luc Saulnier on the follow cam and the countless hours of trail building put in by the local community.
