Also, when turning "right" (for example), I heard to pull down + push out the handlebar/grip with the "right" hand (low), but this video (at 4:55) suggests to steer with "left" elbow (high). Should I do both at the same time?

 I can't figure out how to do this!! 00:42 ... i try slamming my rear breaks but i end up losing too much speed!! >.

 Dont slam on your breaks, just rail the turn and depending on how fast and what body position you have you might be able to break loose and get a drift in.
