Video: Searching for Steep and Loose Trails in Victoria, BC
While not technically in city limits everyone considers the riding in Victoria to be Hartland/Thetis/Bear Mountain etc. It's like saying the Shore is not actually in Vancouver.

Not to mention YEAR ROUND RIDING. While most of the country is blanketed in snow we're still ripping trails.

Wouldn't "way above the alpine" mean he that he would be literally flying above the mountain.
