Pinkbike Poll: Does the Current Method of Mountain Bike Classification Make Sense?
I ride a mountain bike, it has 1 gear and no suspension, it's wheels are round and I fucking love it.

rockshox revelation rct3 taper

$350 GBP
Great working order, built onto a bike that didn't ever get the attention it deserved. steerer has been cut but is still a decent length, will check if needed.

Results: Timed Training - Pietermaritzburg DH World Cup 1
Manons first split is up there even with the guys! With Rach looking uncertain I'd love to see Manon take the win here.

RockShox Pike - Review
Theres sod all place for anything other than a tapered steerer on a modern mtb, why would they compromise the design of a spangly new fork so it can still fit into a pre-historic standard headtube?

Such a fucking badass. He's been a massive inspiration to me as long as I've been riding, from his old trials noir sections up to this. And on the topic of bike handling, he stopped riding trials competitions because he got bored, and they wouldn't let him ride without a brake, no normal person would even think about it, and we all know he would have won too!

Opinion: Who Owns a Trail?
Im on the builders side of this discussion, and I although I dont have a problem with anyone turning up riding anything I build, there are certain things that will always piss me off. If someone turns up will im working on a section of track and moans, or even worse, tries to ride the section im working on. I will always say hi to anyone I see riding down the trails and they straight up ignore me. Last but no means least is anyone that cant ride a track and decides to try and change anything. At the end of the day there are people willing to put the work in and people that aren't, as I said, I have no problem people riding what I choose to build, but anyone that moans about a track ive spent months building in shit weather can go fuck themselves.
