Well since the last time I posted, I've managed to improve massively! I've done every red run at BPW now and, albeit very carefully, navigated a few blacks too! The next BPW edit should be ready pretty soon, so stay tuned for that! I've been eyeing up Dai hard and I want to get a good video of 50 Shades of Black so thats something to look forward to. Pretty soon I'll have done every trail at Bike Park Wales so I think it will be about time I try out the other venues in the area like Cwmcarn and Afan forest.
