Warranties - Who's Doing Them Right, & What Could Be Improved?

DO NOT BUY COMMENCAL Commencal has been slimey as f*** with both my friends and I. My experience was a 1st gen Clash, failed in 1 year but was replaced with gen 2. Gen 2 failed with the same classic commy crease the furious' get on the TT less than a year later. I was still in my warranty period but told me crash replacement is the best they can do as forces required to fold the crease was too much for a mountain bike? If more than 1 bike, fails at the exact same point, this is a manufacturing defect. They've admitted that there was a problem with the material supplier shipping the tubes too thin. They've admitted the pro's have caused the frames to fail like this - yet my warranty claim denied. Bought a transition since and could not be happier.
