I'm selling my glory due to upgrading to another bike. This bike will make a grate first downhill bike. Its strong and has not let me down. Considering the age of the bike, its not looking too bad, there is cosmetic damage on the frame due to rocks and chain slap but that's to be expected really. There is a light scratch on the side of the left stanchion, i had this checked out from a local suspension specialist and he said that its not bad enough to cause damage to the internals or seals. Recently treated it to a few new bits for the sale. It has brand new grips, seat and fork buffers. I'm selling my Specialised BigHit Comp Pro frame as I upgraded my frame. The BigHit is a great bike to start off riding downhill with, it was my first downhill bike and I loved it. The frame can defiantly handle anything you chuck at it. There are quite a few paint chips and scratches and some wear on the decals but that's expected with a second hand frame. Frame spec:- 15cm x 1 1/8 inch head tube Fox Vanilla R shock with a 600 lbs. spring (I weigh 10 st 11 and the shock worked well for me). 8 inches from both bolts. The bushings are near enough brand new, only rode it a handful of times after the bushings were replaced. 73mm bottom bracket housing. It can only take a 24" rear wheel. Weight 4.1kg The extras that I have to go with the bike are:- Single track rim with shimanno QR hub and with a Maxxis HighRoller DH tire (24" x 2.5") Specialised BigHit 6061 Bars (660mm x 6° upsweep x 9°sweep) 31.8mm clamp. Truvativ Holzfeller DH Crankset ISIS drive 170mm crank arms. Blackspire AS-1 bash gurd and Blackspire 42T chain ring. I'll do the whole lot for £180 and do not want to split. Ideally I would like the buyer to pick the parts up but if needed to be shipped then that will be at the buyers expense.
