I don't think read any comments about the laces fraying. I had a set of 2024 shoes with laces that were plastic coated? I thought they were steel. Sold the shoes and got the more recent version. The laces were more 'textile'. The massive weak point is that anchor, or loop that Dario has his thumb on. Where the lace exits is really sharp. That's what tore apart my laces after two months. I ordered replacements and took a file to that sharp edge. All good now, but still...
