Jun 28, 2021Evil Wreckoning lb Medium lowered price!
$5200 USDI am selling my 2019 Evil Wreckoning Enduro bike in size medium. I don't ride it anymore and it will live a much better life with someone who will! It has brand new Maxxis Highroller II and Maxxis Minion DHF tires (rear and front respectively) with 0 miles on them on Industry 9 wheels and hubs. I just had them installed with Orange Seal Endurance sealant.
The Evil Wreckoning uses the DELTA system pivots for very efficient climbing while giving a plush and comfortable ride on the downhills. It can also be adjusted by flipping the link chip to the X-Low setting which will slacken the head angle even more making it a ripper for your favorite bike park.
I had the bike built with all personally chosen components.
Industry Nine 305 Enduro wheels with Hydra hubs. They have 0.52° of engagement which is essentially instant and I couldn't feel any dead spots. They spin very fast and really help the bike on those climbs.
160mm Fox Factory 36 FIT4 EVOL fork with Kashima coating with ultra smooth action. It has a lockout/trail/open setting on the damper.
160mm Fox X2 Factory Series rear shock with Kashima Coating. It has a firm and open setting for climbing/descending
PNW Bachelor dropper post 150mm
XT M8120 4-piston brakes
Sram X01 drivetrain with 10-50t GX cassette and 30t front ring
Atlas Cinch crankarms 175mm
Chris King Bottom Bracket
There are 2 debris chips about 1 and 1-2mm in size on the top of the rear triangle in front of the rear tire
The EVIL logo on the down tube has small parts of the letters chipped off as they are stickers and not paint. The corner of the triangle sricker on the front of the headtube has a tiny bit of coming off but not very noticeable.
The left side of the fork has a small scuff mark over the "36" logo. Also a rim ding from rocks.
The best way I can describe this bike is being light and fast on the uphills and a tank on the downhills. The thing about the Wreckoning is if you make mistakes choosing a line on the downhill this bike will forgive. If you love the trails this bike is like riding in a Cadillac coming from a '78 Ford Pinto. You'll feel the difference.
I have a clean history of buying from and selling to good people on pinkbike with no problems. I will accept Paypal GOODS only with verified addresses! Buyer (you) will pay the shipping and insurance and I (seller) will pay the paypal fees. PM's only and thanks for looking!

Field Test: Transition Spur - Made to Descend
@stillclimbing: Do you happen to have any ride time on an Evil Wreckoning? That's my current bike and I would really like to know yours or anyone's thoughts on the climbing difference between a legit enduro bike vs the Spur? Its 160/160 vs 120/120 but the wreckoning is hefty. I'm not a fast downhiller and in fact I prefer to climb as fast as possible and cruise down so the wreckoning was a horrible choice made by an uninformed me a while back. Is the difference in feeling the climbs there? Thank you!

Field Test: Transition Spur - Made to Descend
@mikelevy: Yeah it's possible that your climbing experience might have been due to the larger size. The bike DOES have a pretty long reach. I would argue that even when choosing this bike choosing the correct size depending on what you prefer (climbing or descending) will make a huge difference ESPECIALLY when you are in that tricky 5'9 to 5'11 height. I'm 5'11" and love mediums. A large feels like a tank! Thanks for the review

Jan 5, 2017Juliana Origin for sale (XS)
$1200 USDI'm selling my 2015 Juliana Origin bike (Extra-small) that is no longer used. It's been used mostly on fire roads for about 200 miles. The frame is in great condition with no dents or bends or any type of damage that would compromise the safety of the bike. There are scuff marks on the pedals (included with the bike), the crank arms, the rear axle handle from putting the bike down, and on top of the brake levers and gear shifters.
The bike as a whole feels great and rides smoothly over all types of terrain and has been a great bike but it's time for it to find a new owner that will enjoy it as much as I did.
I upgraded the tires from the stock Maxxis Ikon to the Maxxis Ardent 2.25" EXO tires. They've been on about 5 fire road rides since putting them on so they are still in great shape. The Ardents grip much better on the turns, climbs, and downhills without losing much speed at all.
