The 3 Times Mountain Bikers Stole the Show at the Tour de France
Wheelie guy seems that he wasn't doing this to seek any sort of attention, he appears spontaneous and doing it out of pure excitement and support for the winners of the Tour.... Wheelie Guy is the true essence of a biker in my book!

GT Sanction - Review
it's not anything a little sand paper, a can of black paint and clear can't fix, although yellow to match the GT logo might look good too...

Video: Think You Can Wheelie?
Some US cities like Chicago bicyclist have the right of way, which allows guys like this guy to ride how they want.
The cops can't do anything to him unless he's damaging property or posing a real danger to the public, which is very arguable in this case he's not... So wheelie guy wins every time!
