Selling my Salsa Journeyman 650. I bought this bike under a year ago during the pandemic brand new and rode it all four times. I was anticipating riding it with my significant other and we never got the time, hoping someone else will get some good use out of it. Paid 1,377 new for it and, absolutely no wear or damages of any sort. New bike. I even had it professionally cleaned, lubed, and tuned by my local bike shop (Mike's Bike's) last week in preparation for a new owner, paid over 150$ in complete services. Frame size 50cm will fit anyone up to 5'2ish and down to 4'8, perfect for kids or a short adult. The wheel size is 650B, so smaller than the standard 700c to accommodate for a shorter rider. The bike has also never been registered with salsa and the 3-year WARRANTY is still available to the new owner. I will include a link to the salsa website below for any more references to the bike. I’ve got a 2020 S5 (XL) specialized enduro frame. I rode this frame for around 8 months and recently upgraded. It’s in fine condition, has a little rub on the inner seat stay. Other than that it’s just reasonable, minor cosmetic flaws but mechanically it’s great. I just serviced/replaced all of the bearings in the pivot. I’ll sell it with either the DPX2 (could use a rebuild) or Bomber CR coil (like new). I’ll include a brand new headset and derailleur hanger as well as a newish bottom bracket. One of the bolts is stuck in the bash guard ports and I’m missing one of the pieces to the flip chip. You can get the piece from specialized for around 30$, I just don’t have the time right now to find and order it. The bolt would just take some elbow grease to get out. It’s a complete custom dream build, the bike is dialed as they come. Parts spec is as follows. 2020 yeti SB100 turq frame - ride wrapped since day 1. Stans Crest CB7 wheels laced to chrome LTD hope pro 4 hubs. Fox factory 34 Step cast, fox DPS factory custom tune. 2021 XTR drivetrain with an XT trigger shifter. Hope brakes, cranks, stem and bars. All are limited edition chrome. I work at a bike shop and tuned this bike my self, it is as dialed as they come. The bike is immaculate and needs nothing, absolutely no scratches or blemishes. The XL fits anyone from 5’11 - 6’3.
