What Type of eMTB Should You Buy in 2023?
Just buy a sur ron or e-moto… these limited e-bikes only exist because of arbitrary regulations. braaap.

Video: Rider Flees Scene On Electric Motorcycle After Allegedly Hitting & Injuring Mountain Biker
@bikepark167: i made a dumb point about access in an unproductive way. unfortunately there are no ohv areas in orange county so there's nowhere to ride these mini e-motos, so you get people riding them on crowded multi use trails. i don't personally condone it, but where are people gonna ride these things? they're crazy popular. its probably like the same struggle that mountain bikes went through. most of these electric motos have been respectful on the trail, i've come across a handful and theyve all slowed down to pass. i'm not sure what dude this was thinking going that fast. atrocious behavior that resulted in an unnecessary accident.

If you're a mountain biker / e-mountain biker and you're reading this, know that you are not welcome at dog park (San Clemente). These kooks have been wrecking our trails for the last year. We have caught them multiple times riding up and down trails, not only wrecking them but being a potential hazard for any hikers coming down. I'm surprised it's taken this long for an accident to happen. Beat it kooks!

Cove Shocker (size M) brand new!!

$3100 USD
This bike is beautiful and complete at a GREAT price. The best part? It only has 2 park rides on it so it's essentially brand new (and about 3 days bringing it on local trails here). There is not a scratch on it. Every single part, minus the chain guide, were brand new at the time of building. Selling it because I moved to new york city where there is a lack of mtb. I'm in no rush to sell it, but it could be a great xmas gift. NO TRADES. I'm asking $3100 and that's the price range I will let it go for. 2010 Cove Shocker size M - Green 2011 Boxxer RC 2010 RockShox vivid 5.1 w/ 450lb spring 2009 Azonic Outlaw wheelset (gray) Truvativ Holzfeller crankset Truvativ Howitzer BB (83mm) Gamut chain guide 2010 SRAM x9 rear shifter 2010 SRAM x9 rear derailleur Azonic direct mount stem RaceFace aluminum bash guard Easton Vice seatpost SRAM pg-990 cassette SRAM chain 2011 Avid Code R F+R 203mm rotors RaceFace Atlas riser bars Lizard Skin moab grips Kenda Excavator tires Kenda downhill tubes Ritchey Comp saddle

Pinkbike Photos - How to make them look amazing!
good article. 99% of people out there don't really care about color management. Attaching a profile, resampling in gamma correct colorspace with a sinc filter will not make a difference for 99% of people out there reading on crappy, uncalibrated tft's. (btw, why does photoshop only supply gaussian filters? wtf..) even some pro photogs mess up on the color management issue. even in this case, you have to be using a properly color managed operating system and use applications that respect color management. there will always be some miscommunication when sampling analog data into a digital state then back on different devices. anyway, good work :) even large photography sites (cough, flickr) don't do gamma correct resampling. that's one of the more misunderstood, but subtle issues especially for dark images. i'm guessing you use imagemagick on your machines.
