Privateer 141 P4 (XL) – Mullet Setup – Dialed and Ready to Ride Owned from new and protected with Invisiframe from day one before it was even built—this frame has been well cared for. I’ve recently upgraded to a new ride, so this one’s now surplus to requirements. Set up mullet (29” front / 27.5” rear), which drops the bottom bracket by about 6mm compared to full 29—giving it a planted, playful feel on the trail. Freshly serviced and running smooth, with a brand-new headset and bottom bracket just installed. Only downside: The Reverb dropper has a bit of sag (likely just needs a service) and a very light mark on the rear of the post, though it functions fine. I can throw in a second Reverb post for spares at the right price. Bit of a rare bike as not many made. Very capable and fun bike to ride. The usual marks are you would expect to see from normal ware and tear. Its just had a new Mukoff frame protection kit applied for a refresh and a complete strip down and rebuild. Runs beautifully and Im sure will be enjoyed by whoever owns it next. Spec is as follows. Owned from new and always looked after. It was invisiframe protected from new, however as you can imagine theres been a few marks that have made it through unfortunately. None of them have damaged the carbon, purely in the clear coat. In terms of setup: Frame - Yeti SB66C medium Fork - Rockshox Pike (Air) 150mm - serviced 6 months ago and ridden for 2 miles since. Seatpost - Rockshox Reverb - could do with a service as it sags a little (10mm) when you sit down Brakes - Shimano XT Rear Mech - Shimano SLX 11spd (new) Shifter - Shimano XT Cassette - Shimano SLX Chain - Shiamno Cranks - XIR (new) Bottom bracket - Shimano Deore (new) Front Wheel - Industry Nine on DT Swiss 5.1 Rear Wheel - Strada hub on Mavic EN521 Headset - Uberbike top and Richey bottom The bar and stem will be swapped prior to sale for brand new Brand X 55mm stem and 740 x 25mm rise bars. I do have a spare white DT Swiss 5.1 rim that I will include with the sale if you want to get it built up for matching wheels. The bike is currently set up with 130/120 travel as I was messing about with it, however can swap it back to the standard set up if you prefer. I will include the air shaft and spare rear shock in the sale. Currently running a Rockshox Deluxe R shock (210x55mm), however I do have the original Fox RP23 Kashima shock (216x63mm). Last 2 pictures are with the new bars and stem installed, plus the shock swapped over and forks put up to 150mm. Also put on new grips and trimmed the rear brake cable down as it was bugging me. Brought these for a project, but then got offered a set of XTRs so these are no longer needed. They do need a bleed, as the hoses were disconnected to remove from the bike (internal routing ????‍♂️). Happy to post if needed.
