Easy way to install internal seatpost cable routing. Drop a string with a small rag tied to the end into the frame port by the headtube, close the other ports, stick a vacuum into the seat tube and wait a few seconds. Works every time. what's inside your frame? I pulled this out of my carbon chainstay on my 2018 Transition Sentinel. Blue is rubber, red is busted up dried glue (or epoxy?), the rest is thin plastic. Is this what's behind the black art of carbon construction? I had to use a dental pick to break up the glue chunk via the internal rear mech routing hole. It took about 2 hours to chip away at and explains the rattle I've been hearing for the past few years. I always assumed it was the chain. Transition Sentinel V1
