Hi I'm selling my 08 Kona Shred which I've had for exactly one season, the bike has been very well maintained and it has just recently got both tire tubes replaced. The tires themselves have a great amount of tread left on them and it is a great bike for anyone that wants to get into downhill biking or dirt jumping. The pedals have bigger metal studs than most pedals to provide excellent traction which reduces the chances of you slipping off the pedal and definitely helps keep your feet on the bike when your'e airborne. It has 24 gears, 3 in the front and 7 in the back, and it has a chain guard on the frame to stop the chain from hitting and damaging the frame. All gears run smoothly and brakes are adjustable so you can stop at smaller squeezes on the brake lever in order to stop. The bike is medium sized (or 17.5") and it is definitely an all rounder bike from travelling through the city to dirt jumping or downhill riding and I strongly recommend this bike to anyone. Thanks.
