Just like the title says, these are are carbon wheels with Challenge Grifo tubular tires glued on. I ended up only doing a few races on these before getting a new Specialized bike with one of their dumb hub standards and had to race on different wheels. The tires alone were $120 each, now asking just $200 OBO for them to go to a good home. This was my first really nice mountain bike, and the step up from my previous bike was huge. I have ridden everything on this bike from Stevens bike park to 30 mile cross country races, and it has handled it all with aplomb. The DW-link rear suspension setup often feels like magic, and I really miss it on my new bike.
