@mikekazimer: thanks Mike, can you explain why it'd be more consistent? Or do you a video or article you can link to about why that would be? I'm having a hard time visualizing it.

@mad-hatter: I'm with you on this one. Maybe I'm missing something too but I don't see how this is any different than having a lower engagement hub.
And, if it's not the same why does DT Swiss have a 0 DF version (essentially for XC according to the DT Swiss sight).
Love DT Swiss wheels, but this one doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe pinkbike can compare the two (18T vs 20 degree DF) and see if they can actually feel a difference.

@the00: absolutely insane of you to mix tire brands. My brain couldn't handle that. I'd need someone to blind fold me until I got on my bike so I didn't see the the mismatched labels.
