Trek Voluntarily Imposes E-Bike Speed Limits
I'm confused, is this a public statement from Trek saying they'll abide by the pre-established ebike classifications? These are the numbers that pretty much all motors (even Avinox) are limited to? If so, this press release probably isn't aimed at the bike market, more likely aimed at legislators and parties on the outside of the industry.

Review: Commencal Meta Power SX Avinox
Worth mentioning: The upper link/rear triangle pivots use a standard 8mm hex to tighten, the cassette facets are just the bearing retainer. At least that's the case on all of the other VCS Commencal's

Commencal Shares Details on the Updated Supreme DH V5.2 Downhill Frame
@Caddz: Hah fair enough, I would say that one is just an observation from someone who follows DH pretty closely. I've personally seen nothing that would indicate they're replacing frames on a frequent basis, nor are the frames failing on track because that's hard to keep quiet (we all know about the Pivot's issues).
I'm definitely biased, but the DH V5 has been a fantastic bike for me, that's given me no trouble despite it's complexity and alloy construction.
I just feel like there's still a stigma around Commencal regarding frame quality from the covid era, mainly the DH V4 and Clash frames.

Commencal Shares Details on the Updated Supreme DH V5.2 Downhill Frame
Do you have evidence for these claims?
I don't think the Commencal teams replace frames with any more frequency than the other teams. Most teams are probably only doing a race or three per frame before they get replaced for a fresh frame with a fresh paintjob.
I've got a DH V5,and have had zero issues so far. There's a lot of parts to the linkage, so if not properly maintained I could see issues arising, but with my typical twice a season linkage teardown and regrease I've had zero play or noises.
What Supreme hurt you 🤣

Review: The EXT Vaia USD Fork is Extra Adjustable, But Lacks Consistency
Compliance police come get this guy! He wants a stiff fork, a stiff frame, stiff 35mm alloy bars, he stands in between us and noodley bikes.

Did you read the article or just look at the pictures? It says there's two fender options, one mounting on the lower guards and one moto style.

e*thirteen Expands Sidekick 2.0 Range With New Flux Wheels
@crs-one: My apologies, google was only showing me the DJ version, had to look a little deeper for the 148 version. Interested to see the "slack" system from a BMX brand.
My only complaints are that it appears to just be a novatec hub with an extra piece in the drive system. For the price in the US ($175-$200), I would rather just buy the new E13 for $250 or the old model for $200. Those both have adjustable dead bands

Isn't that a singlespeed specific, freewheeling, DJ spacing hub? Like a completely different purpose, function, and application?
