My God that was awesome, not only the trail work but also documenting. Poetry in motion guys. If trails only appeared this quick! Got to be one of the best build vids ever! Tip of the hat to you sirs.

a large majority of these new features ant on bobs but can be accessed by riding down monkeys in the mist or walking up the trail(not recommended) at the muddy corner while heading up to bobs

Great video, i love watching or looking at trail building articles/pictures and videos, its such a work of art the features some people take the time to make. Pretty inspiring stuff some of those creations. To me it should be VOD Smile
  • + 6
this was the coolest video today. makes me want to go build trails! except there is nowhere close. and no license. fuck day ruined.
  • + 7
Very cool video, totally VOD worthy! The build quality is amazing: solid, clean-looking and very artistic!
  • + 6
What is the name of the song?
  • + 3
Lykke Li - No Rest For The Wicked (Joris Voorn Remix)
  • + 4
This is awesome! These guys need an excavator I would be willing to donate some cash!
  • + 2
Love the snapping of the line- looks great! Artistically I like the wood all akimbo instead of cut even. S'pose that makes riding and hitting those jumps easier though. Thanks to all who build trail and great vid Smile
  • + 1
This is so incredible...the imagination it took to dream it....the creation of it and the innovation is ....truly shows your passion and heart for riding.....seeing you finally ride it and do the jump just made me smile! Be proud. This is something amazing....the shower scene was also nice.

Pretty great looking work, Mr. Bill!
  • + 4
 Thanks Mr. Baker!
  • + 2
This is one of the best clips I've ever seen on PinkBike. More please. Oh, and where can I find more info on that nifty little chainsaw?
  • + 2
Except for the awkward beginning moment that was stinking amazing. Those guys are truly trail artisans , especially cool the craftsmanship they put into their features.
  • + 2
Would have preferred to see that blond chick under that waterfall ....just sayin'. Cool to see how stuff is built with such care and attention to detail.
  • + 1
Is Trail building Legal in Canada? Cause I know down here in So Cal its illegal to trail build and The amount of Forest Rangers down here makes it impossible to create any trails...
  • + 2
If you have a plan and have the funds and the expertise....plans should be legal and get approved....just making it all illegal is inhibiting growth that could bring in more of the bike culture and revenue in general.
  • + 2
hi guys i am interested to build some wooden features on some trails and i was wondering what do you guys treat the wood with and how deep do you dig in the supports?
  • + 13
if you can kick it and it doesn't break its good enough
  • + 2
hahaha thats the theory i am hoping i prove right when i try out the features i am building lol
  • + 2
It is more type of wood, not how you treat it. If you can get cedar you are golden!
  • + 1
hmm I was just going to use old pallets and treat them
  • + 4
 Never use pallet wood
  • + 1
 why
  • + 19
It is the equivalent of using a sandwich bag as a condom.
  • + 0
yeah it its, learned that a hard way
  • + 1
 so its not strong enough
  • + 2
maybe if you put two together they light be strong enough but just go buy some good stuff, 50p at my local place for a good piece
  • + 2
Wow Amazing work, you guys did an incredible amount of work. The ramps are amazing. Wish I was good enough to hit them

  • + 1
I doubt that soap is biodegradable and even if it was, it shouldn't be put directly into a water source like that..
  • + 3
they dump human shit in the water up there, a little soap is the least of that waters issues.
  • + 2
Anyone know where in nanaimo this is?
  • + 1
In reality you'd wash naked so you'd have dry underwear to immediately put on.
  • + 2
great idea! we'll try that next time.
