Kind of astonishing that brands don't realize that this is their BRAND now. This is how people see them. From a customer view and someone that wanted their new DH bike, it leaves questions of how they will treat their customers, warranties, everything. This story could have been rewritten by Canyon to have a positive view for them and a huge moment of how they treat people by how they handled letting a team go. Things like this tarnish your brand and the trickle down happens for quite a while... Rallon has my attention 😍
