Magura's Most Powerful & Precise Brake Yet: The Race Pro
Yeah, the MSRP is crazy. I do run some maguras brakes on my bikes but they got chosen due to price/performance. At that price I'm going Maven, XT or Saint. With the new XT and XTR out the previous gen are all on sale. Definitely makes these a tough sale. I wonder if they'll get thrown on some build kits. You used to see MT7s sometimes.

@newbermuda: why not? Ripmo feels great, but I want proper enduro travel.
I spent a little time on a Nomad, and it's great (climbs surprisingly well for the travel), but the SC tax has me hunting for better build value.

Semi-Hot Takes on This Year's MTB Tech Trends
I am also on a 5010 (running it 150/130) and it's made me a mullet convert. I have zero interest in full 29 now and sold my 29er trail and enduro bikes. Next bike in the quiver is either an mx enduro (Nomad, Throwdown and HD6 are front runners), or maybe a Stylus MX for some hardtail fun.
