Transition frames are renowned for their ability to climb yet still take the toughest downhill decent you can throw at it. It has the geometry of an All-Mountain bike with the personality of a freeride/dowhnill bike; yet, it's still able to take some easy cross country trails. Perhaps the most versatile bike I have ever owned! The current gearing coupled with the 32t chainring - along with the bike's lightness - allows you to really climb - climb- climb, yet the 160mm front fork and 6" in the rear allow for technical and airborne descents.
