How To Take Your Kids Mountain Biking Without Ruining the Fun
Running behind the kids is the best hack I've discovered to help them discover a love for mtbing.
I've been taking my kids mountain biking since they were about 4 - they are 7 and 9 now. By running, I am behind them, giving encouragement, practical tips, pushing them up hills so they don't burn out or get discouraged, helping them over features and focusing on encouraging them to have fun.
They love it, and I love it! Bonus, I get a bit of a workout too!
