@topherdagopher: Not trying to take anything away from Matthew, I'm a fan, but I certainly ate tremendous amounts of candy (while riding) and rode my bike for hours/days/weeks on end. Just saying that it was easier when I was young. Now I need to watch my diet, drink a lot of water, take recovery days, and sometimes, but not always, I need a little help from my eBike.
