Sour Bicycles Rolls Out A 32" Pasta Party
why are people so hurt by 32" wheels, if its faster and works better for some riders, whats the isue, this and the Starling both look quite good. as a short person (5ft6in) i'm happy on 29 and mullet, but this is still cool.

Stephane Pelletier's Predictions for 2026
The problem is that the amount of laps you get on e bikes is putting loads of pressure on hand build trails, just look how trashed Golfie is these days compared to pre e bike days... even with more maintenance they cant keep up. and basically everyone there is on an e bike now as its a brutal climb, so it must be at-least doubling the traffic on each trail, plus adding people who wouldn't have bothered going, so ye this is going to be a huge problem for the types of trails people like to ride, as trails will have to become more sturdy and bike parky to cope, you can already see that with the way tracks are beeign built in poular areas in scotland. so its effecting the analogue riders allready

Can a DH Bike Work for Enduro? We Converted a Pivot Phoenix to Find Out
@phops: exactly the point I was trying to make all other things from wheel size to geometry have improved over the years across all bikes, but the concept of a pedalable big bike isn't new

Can a DH Bike Work for Enduro? We Converted a Pivot Phoenix to Find Out
I mean there have been pedal able freeride bikes since the 26inch wheel days that do the same thing (remember DH bikes went through a light weight phase). I had a Canyon Torque FRX like 14 years ago, basically the DH bike but with a flip chip down to 180mm on frame, and fox 38s then a good xt drivetrain with a pretty ok gearing for up hill (for the time) use to ride it up fire roads for access to DH tracks and carry it up mountain trails etc

Starling Cycles Moves Some Manufacturing to EU
Will the costs reduce, I might buy a starling was planning on a maga twist in March as a cool frame to have for a long time, but this puts me off a lot as a key selling point was hand built in UK.... Humm

Shimano Files Patent for Two-Pronged Derailleur Hanger
The early canyons use to have a cool like hollow breakable screw that held the derail er hanger on and sheared. that did save me an XT derailer on my first gen Torque back in like 2014 haha. that was pretty neat as you just replaced the shear screw
