Take it with a grain of salt, but a shop owner told me these bikes were ready for distribution last year. They chose to sit on them because of the glut of (still) unsold inventory on LBS floors. Orbea is going to eat their lunch in this segment, again.

100% correct and I'm surprised it has taken this long with all the self fulfilling studies these companies (MIPS etc) use that are performed by owners of the same patents.
