Revel Bikes to Shut Down Amid Industry Challenges
Releasing 3 new bikes could have been a last ditch effort to save their company. Nothing is selling right now. Suspension systems are pretty much figured out and that's where most of the r&d funding went in years past.

First Ride: Fox's Fully Redesigned X2 & DHX2 Shocks
The 2024's had the fix. Very few durability concerns on those. It needed a rexesign to get past it's (well earned) reputation though.

First Ride: The New Fox 36 SL - Bigger Stanchions for Shorter Travel Bikes
@stevemokan: The previous chassis 34 (I don't know about the current/outgoing one) you could buy a 160 air shaft for but they didn't make a 160 factory assembled fork. Had that set up on a lightweight stumpjumper that was a lot of fun.

I always thought the 34 was great until I rode it back to back with my bike that had a 36 on it. You don't notice the 34 feeling flexible unless you really push it. What you do notice is the 36 feels better. More and more people have been using the 36 as a general use trail fork so an update directly aimed at that market makes redesigning the 34 chassis a waste. With 29ers being the norm these days and every head to head with the bike noting a difference in stiffness it was time.

Great move in my opinion. The 34 always seemed like a fork that didn't really fit its intended role, especially once most bikes shifted to 29er. A trail bike needs to be good at everything.

And for us Americans it will be a good opportunity to buy Canadian bike parts and smuggle them across the border tax free.

Magura Gustav Pros Now Available as an Aftermarket Upgrade
I haven't ridden Hayes since my Hayes stroker rydes back in the day that doubled as a turkey call. The dominions look nice and might go on my next bike though.

@catamplifier: there are new tunes on the 2025 float x that are CS10, 30, 50, 70, 90. I don't see CS40 anywhere in the fox literature though.
