What Sport Would You Do if Mountain Biking Didn't Exist?

Specialized Stumpjumper comp alloy 29
$1800 CADDérailleur et manette de vitesse changés en début de saison l’année passée. Sinon, aucune modification aux pièces d’origine autre que les pneus. Les composantes étaient déjà parfaites ;-).
Le prix est en conséquence: la roue arrière et le pneu seraient à changer cette année. Elle est encore « roulable » mais est en fin de vie :-).
Le vélo peut faire pour des gens de 5’7 à 5’11’’ environ. Excellent pour autant des débutants que des experts.
Suspensions Fox avant et arrière. Les maintenances de suspention ont été fait selon la recommendation de 50h. Je peux faire un peu de fitting sur le vélo avec la personne et mettre les suspensions aux bonnes pressions et tout expliquer comment les suspensions fonctionnent avec la vente. Pas besoin d’aller dans un bike shop pour tout ça :-)! J’ai moi-même travaillé il y a quelques années dans des bikes shops.

@mariomtblt: humm after reading this, I can says that in the design they can acheave close to non-galavanic corrosion IF they actually isolate the aluminium frome the CB fibers. It a way to mate 2 material that have a dissimilar eletronegativity and prevent galvanic corrosion to happen. It's not impossible to do, and easily tested to check if galvanic corrosion is happening. And yes, alumium(---), is at the end of the spectrum so and carbon (+++ even more than gold) is at the other, try to not have have a direct contact. Even titanium can have galvanic corrosion with carbon...

Review: Race Face's Era Chainring Uses Steel, Carbon, & Aluminum
Not knowing exactly the steel ( stainless steel in this case )and heat treatement done to the one in the Era, it's bold to say that you can compare with a "cheap steel" chainring. They most probably are even better wearinn than the "cheap steel" chainring.

'Nothing's For Free: The History of Freeride Mountain Biking' is Streaming FREE for 24 Hours [Now Finished]
Netflix (or else) series about this would be golden. I would see a huge potential for that happening! A chance to go deeper into each individual or an era! Nonetheless, very very very good movie and yeah I had tears and shivers during the whole movie.

Santa cruz Superlight 29
$1000 CADVélo de xc à vendre rouler par ma copine seulement. Le size small est pour 5' à 5'5" selon le site web de Santa Cruz. Ma copine est de 5'4" et le vélo lui a fitté comme un gant. Le vélo est très light et pourrait très bien faire pour un débutant ou un adolescent. Tout est en très bonne états et toujours été entretenu par un ex-mécano de vélo. La fourche à été remonté de 100mm à 120mm (il n'a plus de spacer pour limiter le débatement) pour rendre "relaxé" un peu la géo.
