Not much lower. It's pretty close the way it is. Unless you could figure something out to change the angle of the chain. The wheel is all the way forward on the dropouts too so I doubt it.

i don't know exactly. Rough weight would be 28lbs if i remember correctly but that was on a bathroom scale so give or take a few.

It was sent in to get new lowers and they slapped on blue decals instead of the normal red ones.
