VisionVelo's Carbon Fiber Mudguard Costs More Than a Premium Tire

I have one of VV's standard plastic front guards on my 36. Each guard is custom designed for the individual model a fork, meaning fitment and coverage around the fork seal area is perfect. You will not find a better mudguard. Cost including shipping to New Zealand was very reasonable. I will buy again from VV when the time comes.

Warranties - Who's Doing Them Right, & What Could Be Improved?

Trek Fuel EXE. Bought second hand. Bike was 18 month old and had travelled 200 miles. Motor replaced due to overheating issues. No cost to me 10/10. Frame cracked at 1000 miles and was replaced. No cost to me 10/10. Fantastic support from LBS and Trek. Bought a Fuel EXE new from LBS solely on the basis of the warranty support from Trek. I am considering buying a new Fuel EXE when the warranty on my second hand bike ends in another 9 months. My expectations around warranty support have been exceeded immensely!
