Apr 21, 2026Santa Cruz Nomad
$1650 GBPLocation: Telford (Willing to deliver within a reasonable distance)
Relisted - price dropped - ready to sell
Payment: Bank Transfer on collection preferred.
Key Upgrades & Maintenance
• Full Service & New Bearings: Immediately after buying in 2023, the bike had a top-to-bottom teardown including brand-new frame bearings. It is tight, quiet, and plush.
• Usage: It went away for Winter 2023, and I moved to an e-bike in Spring 2024. It has barely turned a wheel in over a year.
• Condition: Generally fantastic. It has a couple of minor chips on the swingarm (standard MTB battle scars), but they are out of your line of sight when riding.
Technical Specifications (V4 Model)
• Frame: Carbon C, 170mm VPP Travel (The last of the full 27.5" Nomad frames!).
• Fork: RockShox Yari RC (170mm) – Solid, reliable, and stiff.
• Rear Shock: RockShox Super Deluxe Select+.
• Drivetrain: SRAM GX Eagle 12-Speed – Crisp, reliable shifting.
• Wheelset: 27.5" WTB ST i30 rims on HOPE hubs.
• Brakes: SRAM Guide R 4-Piston Hydraulic Discs.
Sale Details
• Reason for Sale: Funding another e-bike project.
• Collection: From Telford. I am happy to deliver within a reasonable distance for the right buyer.
This is an XL frame, so it’s perfect for a taller rider who wants a bike that feels indestructible but remains agile. Don't let it sit in my garage for another year!

Apr 21, 2026Vitus E-Escarpe VRS
$1850 GBPLocation: Telford (Willing to deliver within a reasonable distance)
Relisted - price dropped - ready to go!
Payment: Bank Transfer on collection preferred.
I am selling my Vitus E-Escarpe to fund a move back to a 27.5" wheel setup. I bought this bike brand new in 2024 and it has been a fantastic machine for UK trails.
Ownership & Usage
• Total Mileage: Approx. 1,000 miles.
• Maintenance History: Full professional service at the end of Year 1. Ridden very little in 2025 due to an injury (only ~300 miles since last service).
• Condition: Protected from new with factory-fitted Heritage frame wrap. It has some minor cosmetic "battle scars" as you’d expect from a used MTB, but it is mechanically sound and well-cared for.
Key Performance Upgrades
• Rear Wheel: Upgraded to a DT Swiss E 511 Rim. This is a massive improvement over the stock rim—it’s an E-MTB rated, enduro-ready rim designed to be "bombproof" on rocky descents and technical climbs.
• Rear Shock: Replaced the original air shock with a RockShox Vivid Coil (fitted with a 475lb spring). This provides incredible small-bump sensitivity and consistent performance on long descents that air shocks can't match.
• Drivetrain: Converted to a Shimano 11-Speed (Dyna-Sys) setup. This was a deliberate choice for reliability and cost-effectiveness; Shimano 11-speed cassettes and chains are significantly cheaper to replace than SRAM 12-speed, making long-term maintenance much more affordable.
• Dropper Post: Recently serviced; actuation is smooth and reliable.
The forks are due for a lower-leg service. I have already bought the official RockShox service kit, which I will include in the sale. I simply haven't had the time/tools to do it myself.
Technical Specifications
• Motor: Shimano (85Nm Torque)
• Battery: 630Wh Integrated (High capacity for long days out)
• Frame: 6061-T6 Alloy, 140mm rear travel
• Fork: Lyrik (150mm Travel - Service kit included)
• Rear Shock: RockShox Vivid Coil (Upgraded - 475lb Spring)
• Brakes: SRAM DB8 4-Piston Hydraulic Discs
• Wheel Size: 29-inch
• Rear Rim: DT Swiss E 512 (Upgraded)
• Drivetrain: Shimano 11-Speed Conversion (Dyna-Sys)
Reason for sale: Moving to a smaller bike with 27.5" wheels. This is a brilliant, high-spec E-MTB that is ready for the trails.
